"왜 나만 아픈가?" 이 질문에 답하기 위해, 우리는 노래를 만들었습니다.

인생은 불공평합니다. 우리는 모두 각자 다른 무대, 다른 대본을 받고 이 삶을 시작합니다.

얼마 전, 깊은 생각을 하게 만드는 하나의 영상을 보았습니다. '피해 의식'이 어떻게 스스로를 지옥으로 만드는지, 그것이 얼마나 강력한 '노시보(Nocebo) 효과'를 일으키는지에 대한 통찰이었습니다.

"나는 피해자다"라고 선언하는 것은, 스스로에게 거는 가장 강력한 저주입니다. 영상은 우리에게 두 가지 선택이 있다고 말합니다. '불공평한 세상을 받아들이거나, 그것을 바꿀 책임을 지거나.'

빛의 여정은 이 명제 앞에서 깊은 묵상에 잠겼습니다. '피해자'가 아닌 '창조자'로서, 우리는 이 질문에 어떻게 답해야 할까요?

글로 답하는 대신, 우리는 먼저 그 파동을 담은 노래, '나의 의미'를 만들었습니다.





"Why Does It Only Hurt Me?" To Answer This Question, We Created a Song.

Life is unfair. We all begin this life on different stages, with different scripts.

A while ago, I watched a video from the channel. It was an insight into how a 'victim mindset' creates its own hell and triggers a powerful 'Nocebo effect'.

To declare "I am a victim" is the most potent curse you can cast upon yourself. The video states that we have two choices: 'Either accept the unfair world, or accept the responsibility to change it.'

At Path of Light (빛의 여정), we fell into deep contemplation before this proposition. As 'Creators', not 'Victims', how should we answer this question?

Instead of answering with words, we first created a song that embodies that very vibration: "My Meaning" (나의 의미).



1. "나는 피해자다": 슬픈 운명의 독배

우리의 [근본 법칙]은 "생각이 현실을 창조한다"는 것입니다. 이는 과학적으로 '플라시보(Placebo)'와 '노시보(Nocebo)' 효과로 증명됩니다.

[Verse 1]의 가사는 이 '영적 노시보' 상태를 묘사합니다.

"왜 나만 아픈가" 하늘에 물었지
'피해자'란 이름에 갇혀
스스로 저주를 걸었던
지난 날의 눈물 어린 이야기

우리는 '숙명'(주어진 대본)에 저항하며 "왜 나인가?"를 묻습니다. 그 질문에 갇히는 순간, 우리는 스스로 '피해자'라는 이름표를 붙이고 '저주(노시보)'의 스위치를 켭니다. [Bridge]의 가사처럼, 그것은 "슬픈 운명의 독배"를 스스로 마시는 것과 같습니다.

우리의 [창작 원칙 1]은 '치유는 창조에 선행한다'입니다. 이 독배를 비우지 않고는 아무것도 창조할 수 없습니다.

1. [Healing First] "I Am a Victim": The Poisoned Chalice of a Sad Fate

Our [Fundamental Law] is: "Our thoughts (choices) create our reality (destiny)." This is scientifically proven as the 'Placebo' and 'Nocebo' effects.

The lyrics of [Verse 1] describe this state of 'spiritual nocebo'.

"Why does it only hurt me?" I asked the sky
Trapped in the name of 'Victim'
Casting a curse upon myself
A tear-stained story of past days

We resist our 'Fate' (the given script) and ask, "Why me?" The moment we are trapped by that question, we label ourselves 'Victim' and flip the 'curse (Nocebo)' switch. As the [Bridge] lyrics say, it is like drinking from "the poisoned chalice of a sad fate."

Our [Creative Principle 1] is 'Healing precedes creation.' We cannot create anything new until we empty this poisoned chalice.



2. "나는 창조자다": 풍요의 잔을 채우리

'피해자의 이야기'를 멈추는 유일한 길은 '창조자의 이야기'를 선택하는 것입니다.

영상은 '수용'과 '변경'이라는 두 가지 선택을 제시했지만, '빛의 여정'의 창조자는 둘 다 선택합니다. 이것이 우리의 핵심 철학 [숙명과 운명의 이중주]입니다.

이것이 노래 '나의 의미'의 [Chorus]에 담긴 선언입니다.

불공평한 세상을 받아들였어 (숙명 수용)
그래서 이 세상을 바꾸려 해 (운명 창조)
이것이 나의 선택이고 의미
내 운명은 내 스스로 쓰리라
피해자가 아닌 창조자의 이야기
이 삶의 주인공은 바로 나이니

우리는 '숙명'(불공평한 세상, 주어진 대본)을 더 이상 원망하거나 저항하지 않습니다. 그저 [Verse 2]의 가사처럼 "저항 없이 받아들입니다."

그리고 바로 그 '저주'가 걸렸던 상처 위에, "'나만의 의미'를 부여합니다."

이것이 '노시보'를 '플라시보'로 바꾸는 연금술입니다. '피해자'가 '창조자'로 다시 태어나는 순간이며, "풍요의 잔을 다시 채우는" [창조자의 책임]입니다.



2. [Creating After] "I Am the Creator": Refilling the Cup of Abundance

The only way to stop the 'Victim's story' is to choose the 'Creator's story.'

The video presented two choices, 'acceptance' or 'change', but the Creator at Path of Light chooses both. This is our core philosophy: [The Duet of Fate and Destiny].

This is the declaration embedded in the [Chorus] of our song, "My Meaning."

I have accepted this unfair world (Accepting Fate)
And so I will try to change this world (Creating Destiny)
This is my choice and my meaning
I will write my own destiny
A Creator's story, not a Victim's
Because I am the protagonist of this life

We no longer resent or resist our 'Fate' (the unfair world, the given script). As the lyrics in [Verse 2] say, we simply "accept it without resistance."

And right on top of that very 'curse', that very wound, we "bestow 'my own meaning'."

This is the alchemy that turns 'Nocebo' into 'Placebo.' It is the moment a 'Victim' is reborn as a 'Creator', and it is the [Creator's Responsibility] to "refill the cup of abundance."

We refuse to be actors playing out a 'Victim's story' on the stage of 'Fate'. We choose the Creator's path—to declare 'My Meaning' upon that stage and create our own 'Destiny'.
