The Little Soul and the Shadow of Promise

In a sea of pure light where the concept of time did not exist, countless souls floated within a single vast consciousness, vibrating with joy. Among them was a ‘Little Soul’ possessing an exceptionally clear curiosity.

One day, a warm voice enveloping the entire universe, God whispered to the Little Soul. “My child, you are a part of me, so you can become any aspect of me you desire. Which facet of divinity would you now like to experience through yourself?”

The little soul fell into thought for a moment. In the world of light, everything was perfect, filled only with love. Within it, the little soul's heart was drawn to one concept that seemed the most beautiful and noble. "I choose ‘forgiveness’. I wish to fully experience the divinity of complete forgiveness as my very self."

The warm voice smiled gently and said, “That is indeed a magnificent choice. But there is one problem. In this world, there is no one to forgive. Everything I have created is only perfection and love, so what would you forgive?”

The little soul grew disheartened. Then, another soul that had been shining beside the small soul, the ‘Gentle Soul,’ stepped forward. “I will help you. I will descend into the next material world and do the work you wish to forgive.”

The small soul asked in surprise, “But why? Why would a being as perfect and beautiful as you willingly lower your vibration so much to take on such a dark role?”
