Echoes of Prayer Transcending Time: The Answer Is Already Beside You
"Often, our messages precede us."
When we create songs or write, we often think of it as expressing our current state of mind. However, walking the 'Journey of Light' has taught us that our messages are not mere expressions but 'arrows of light' shot toward the future.
These arrows fly much faster than our physical selves, striking the destination we are meant to reach first. They call out to us from there so we do not lose our way. This is why we call our songs 'prayers.'
1. Songs Are Prayers, and Prayers Transcend Time.
Our songs are earnest prayers carried on melodies. However, the way these prayers work does not follow the laws of time as we know them. We usually believe that we pray (request) first, and the answer (result) comes later. But in the spiritual dimension—the world of consciousness—time does not flow in a straight line.
Surprisingly, the answer to a prayer might arrive, transcending time and space, even before we offer the prayer or at the very moment we do. Sometimes, the answer might have already been planted as a seed in the time frame we call the 'past.'
2. Dharma: How the Universe Sends Its Answers.
Then, in what form does the answer come to us? If we expect only booming voices from the sky or miraculous phenomena, we may never recognize the answer that has already arrived.
The universe, or Dharma (Truth), does not work so loudly. The universe's answers brush past us wearing the masks of very ordinary daily life.
- In a passing remark by a TV news anchor you tuned into by chance,
- In a joke mixed with consolation thrown out by an old friend,
- In a line of unfamiliar song lyrics heard on the street,
- Even in the dagger-like words of others that gave you a hard time.
All those moments were actually elaborate answers from the universe to your prayers. The message that arrived ahead of your consciousness was constantly speaking to you, borrowing the lips of others or the noise of the world.
3. Why We Miss the Answers: The Time Lag of Consciousness.
The problem is not that the answer hasn't come, but that our 'consciousness' fails to notice it. We wait for the result to appear in a specific form we want at some point in the future. In doing so, we dismiss the voice of 'Dharma' whispering right beside us right now, "I am that very answer," as mere passing noise.
Our messages went ahead of us and made a path, but our narrow vision missed the signposts placed upon that path.
4. Pre-healing, Post-creation: The Power of Realizing What You've Already Received.
The attitude of a true 'creator' is not to beg for something, but to discover and be grateful for the answers that are already here.
The moment you realize that the trials you faced in the past were answers—preventative injections for your future self—and that the difficult relationship beside you now is an answer—a teacher delivered to grow your soul—the past is healed, and a new destiny is created.
